It is in a great location. Although on the third floor there is an excellent elevator, which made things easier. Communication was easy and I recommend as an accommodation in beautiful Malaga.

We loved our stay, the location was perfect, the beds super comfortable and although in a very busy area, the windows in the apartment were completely soundproof. I almost didn't want to share how good the apartment was, so I could keep it a secret, but they deserve the praise, so I will share it. The apartment is in an ideal location, truly in the center of the old town. The apartment had everything you would probably need. The friendly service was the best we have ever had. They fulfilled all requests. As for the apartment, it was immaculate. I told my wife that we seem to be the first people we have ever stayed in the place. 5 Star Apartment

I stayed during a 1 week solo trip to Malaga. The apartment was fantastic, lots of character in a beautiful old building, and is very well renovated and modern inside. It was very clean and very comfortable, had excellent wifi and a great bathroom (rain effect shower and plenty of hot water). Check-in was very easy: Blanca sent clear instructions, a helpful video and a simple code for both the main entrance and the apartment, plus a key card from backup. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the old town, few steps from restaurants, patios, stores and all the sights. It's a lively area, so there can be some nighttime noise, but the second set of modern glass doors blocks out most of the sounds and the apartment feels calm and quiet inside. The recycling and garbage collection point is only a minute away, which was very convenient. Blanca was an exceptional hostess: very responsive, friendly and quick to help when needed. thank you Blanca! Perfect for a first visit to Malaga. I would love to stay again and highly recommend .

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment right in the heart of the historic district of Malaga: the location could not have been better for exploring the cultural sites and charming streets of the city. Blanca is an exceptional host who went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and felt welcome during our entire visit. This place is fabulous. From check in, they called us and helped us get in. Very easy. Bianca, our hostess, was great. Daily checks with us and lots of local tips. The balcony was great. One in the living room and one in the bedroom. A front row seat with views of the square. When the doors were closed, it was quiet for sleep. She offered to change our towels mid-week and was happy to accommodate any requests. An ideal area within walking distance of the water and trains. Great food and shopping. We stayed for a week. The elevator was helpful with our luggage. We had a lot due to travel for 6 weeks. Highly recommend it.

The location is within walking distance of many things in Malaga and as such can be a bit noisy, but is the price you pay for the location. Brilliant heater for the winter of Malaga, very cozy. When there was a possibility that our flights would be cancelled, it was lovely to have the assurance that our room would still be available if needed. We were a family group of adults in Malaga for the marathon and the apartment was a perfect location for us as it was very central to everything and it was an easy walk to the port for the Expo and a short 10 minute walk on race day to the start line. There are many amazing bars, restaurants and stores to explore. The information packet sent to me prior to arrival was extremely helpful and thorough and even gave me a discount for the restaurant downstairs. The apartment was as described and was clean and in good condition. The bedding and mattresses were spotless and of good quality. Host very accessible, very responsive and attentive. We had a small problem with a electrical appliance and called an electrician who arrived in less than an hour.

This apartment is perfectly located for people who want to stroll through the historic center, enjoy the restaurants and good food. It is also within walking distance to other nice places like the port, the beach, the castle and the Atarazanas Market. No disturbing noises despite the restaurants in the same building. Blanca was constantly asking if everything was ok or if we needed anything. Thank you.
